It's been just over 3 years since I since I started The Bliss Bean - I posted my first post on July 12, 2017, and since then it's been a long journey of growth and learning and creativity and FUN. I wonder sometimes if The Bliss Bean would exist if it weren't for that first blog in 7th grade, but I feel like blogging just fits my interests so well that it would have inevitably happened one way or another ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Either way, I'm so happy I started this and that I stuck with it for this long, and if I have any advice to you who is watching this, it would be to just START. If you're thinking about starting, just give it a shot. It doesn't have to become your career or anything like that. They key to growth is practice, and blogging will give you consistent practice in all the skills it requires - writing, photography, videography, social media, etc., it'll help you explore your interests, and it's a great thing to bring up at internship interviews (I speak from experience 😉).
