BEST Cheap Gimbal For DSLR's 2020!

✅✅ Top 5 Best Budget Gimbals 2020: Moza Aircross on Amazon: More Cheap Gimbal 2020 - Best Gimbal 2020 - Moza AirCross Review - Moza Air or Aircross

Hey whats up everyone, my names Chris Winter and today I’m going to review what I believe is the best value gimbal for DSLR’s and Mirorless cameras, the Moza AirCross.

So I wanted to start off this review by first talking about the build quality and overall first impressions I had with the Moza AirCross. The first thing that I noticed whne I received it was just how well it was packaged. The Moza AirCross came to me in two boxes, and inside was a seperate waterproof hardshell pelican type case which is brilliant. Everything really felt very premium, especially for the price point that the aircross is coming in at. I loved that the foam even had little cutouts for each of the accessories that came with the gimbal

But other than the packaging, the gimbal itself really does feel incredibly solid. Now if you haven’t used a gimbal for larger cameras, it might seem a little heavy at first, but really the aircross is actualyl one the lighter gimbals out on the market.

Overall thought the aircross really blew me out of the water with its build quaility. It reall did feel like something the likes of DJI or even Apple might make which was really nice.

Set up and calibration was actually quite easy as well which was great.

Now if you’re new to gimbals, it can be a little difficult to know exactly how to calibrate it for your camera and lens set up, but I found it not to so hard. One of things I really like about hte Moza Aircross is that everywhere on the gimbal are thumb screws, meaning that I didn’t need any tools to get it set up.

Speaking about that, another brilliant inclusion on the Moza Aircross is the built in quick release plate which makes life so much easier.

The Moza AirCross has a pretty smart design with this, as it allows you to either use standard manfrotto qr plates, or you can add a little adapter and use arca swiss plates.

That’s awesome and makes it so much easier to quickly adjust your camera forward and back if you need to.

Another thing that i really loved about the Moza Aircross is that it comes with a very well built tripod which screws in on the bottom. Again it really does feel like they thoguht things through because by having this tripod, it allows you to easily place the gimbal down when youre not using it. it also makes calibrating the gimbal and making minor adjustments so much easier.

Now I got the Moza AirCross with a few accessories whcih are defintiely worth taking a look at. Firstly, the dual handles are a great addition especially if you’re going to be flying your gimbal for a longer period of time. It does help make your shots be a bit smoother for sure, but again on the other side, it does make your setup quite a bit bigger.

If you are getting the dual handles, i would probably recomend getting the wireless remote. Again, this just worked, it came automatically paired witht eh gimabl and allowed for you to control the movement and adjust the settings on the fly, without having to take your hand off of the handles.

The aircross also comes with some dummy batteries for Panasonic and Sony cameras so you can actually power your camera through the gimbal, which is great for longer periods of time.

Now I do a few things that I would like to see updated or changed however. Fristly, the charger that they provide is ridiculously big and isnt great. The Moza AirCross takes 3 batteries and this looks like it could hold 8, whcih is a bit silly.

The cable is nice that its built in as well, but its way too short, and needs to be longer in future versions.
